The hotel "Queen Luiza" with the historical past of the beginning of the 19^th century is presented to your attention. The hotel is situated on the coast of the Baltic Sea, in the resort town of Zelenogradsk of Kaliningrad region (formerly Cranz of Eastern Prussia) which is in 28 km from Kaliningrad, in 50 km from the border with Lithuania, in 70 km from the border with Poland.

The building of the hotel is after the capital reconstruction and is ready to start its work in May 1999. The building's measuring is about 3000 m². It has 24 comfort rooms of different dimensions, which occupy two floors. A restaurant, a bar, a conference hall, administrative premises are located on the other floors. A store, many subsidiary rooms and the sauna are located on the ground floor of the building. There is a car parking, a garage of 150 m² and a plot near the building of the hotel.

At the present the hotel is looking for the partner for putting into practice the tourist route "Poland - Russia - Lithuania" and for carrying out other joint projects on the territory of Kaliningrad region.

The hotel is also looking for the partner who can give some credit for buying new equipment for the hotel under the joint profitable conditions.
